Beständiges Rauschen,
sanftes Donnern des Ozeans,
immergleicher Rhythmus der Wellen
langsames Verebben der Wasser im Sand,
sich zurückziehend – zurück zum Ozean.
Spiel der Sonnenstrahlen auf glitzernder See.
Pelikane am Horizont
aus der Ewigkeit heraus gleitend
hinein ins Jetzt,
Setz dich in den Sand!
Spüre den Wind!
Sei eins mit der selbst – und dem Kosmos.
Soft sounds of thunder
are coming from the ocean,
with the steady rhythm of waves,
and its waters ebbing away slowly
over the sparkling sand,
pulling back – returning into the sea.
Sun rays are playing on its silver surface,
while pelicans are gliding through the horizon
out of eternity into now.
I am resting in the sand,
to feel the breeze gently in my face,
to pause my life,
to be one with myself – and the cosmos.
